The Scot's Goodnight
- his night is my departing night,
- For here nae langer may I stay
- I hope ye're a' my friends as yet
- And sorry I will soon away
- Of all the money that e'er I had
- I spent it in good company
- And all the harm I've ever done
- It was done to none but me
- And all I've done for want of wit
- To mem'ry now we'll not recall
- As I must rise you shall stay
- For now and ever, bless you all
- Come fill to me the parting cup
- And gently rise and softly call
- Should I return or should I not,
- Good night and joy be to you all.
